Hello, Pennsylvanians! The DD Council is developing our Five Year Strategic Plan and we need your help. We want to know what you think are the most important issues facing people with disabilities in Pennsylvania. The survey may take you about 10-15 minutes to complete. First, we ask you for some basic demographic information. Then we will ask for your feedback in specific areas. You can answer the survey anonymously or provide your name if you wish.
