Interested in learning more on how to best support your transgender and gender non-conforming (TGNC) clients? CHOP’s Gender and Sexuality Development Clinic, in partnership with the Department of Human Services, will host four separate Webinar discussions on specialized topics when supporting TGNC clients. These webinars are open to any mental health care provider working with TGNC clients in the state of PA*.

Sexual Health & Education (January 21, 2020): Sexuality is often a compenent that is missed when working with TGNC clients. Providers might make assumptions about their clients sexuality or feel ill-equipped to navigate questions and support regarding sexual health. In this webinar, sexuality educator and consultant, Erica Smith will review common misconceptions on sexuality topics for TGNC clients and how providers can create open and supportive spaces for TGNC clients to express and discuss their sexual health.
