Summary: This final report shows how effective the Pennsylvania self-advocacy project was and is to people with disabilities living in Pennsylvania in the years, 2002-2005. Self-advocacy may have inadvertently created the sense that all people with disabilities should know about and have access to self-advocacy at both individual and organized group levels.
