Our CHOICE project (Comprehensive Housing Options in Communities for Everyone) in Western Pennsylvania has recently issued the Executive Summary and full report of the “Housing Survey of People with Disabilities in Pennsylvania.” The goal of CHOICE is to identify and implement strategies that will expand accessible and affordable housing options for people with disabilities. The survey was an important step in ensuring that the CHOICE Team, PADDC and its partners have a clear understanding of the current housing needs and preferences of people with disabilities.
