TechOWL State, Assistive Technology, Topic TechOWL (formerly PIAT) helps people with disabilities explore the tools and technology they need to be independent. TechOWL is Pennsylvania's Assistive Technology Act program. TechOWL has 9 regional centers across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The Arc of Philadelphia Advocacy, State The Arc of Philadelphia’s mission is to advocate with and for all children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, to promote active citizenship, self-determination, and full inclusion.

Features many topics and resources on transition practices.

Transitional Paths to Independent Living Independent Living Washington - Provides the five core Independent Living Services (advocacy, independent living skills training, information & referral, peer support, and transition).

Values Into Action, PA State, Community Involvement & Community Living Partnering with people with disabilities to design and live their best lives. Provides In home & community Supports; community participation services; residential services, housing transition support and supports broker services.
