In this webinar, PA Health Law Project’s Janice Meinert will cover introductory information to help people with disabilities better understand Medicaid and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver programs in Pennsylvania. Attendees will gain an understanding of the financial and clinical eligibility requirements for these programs, how to apply for them and what services they cover, as well as common issues related to Medicaid and HCBS eligibility.
