Delaware County Advocacy and Resources Organization’s (DELCO) Handprints to Handcuffs Project is inviting you to an important training of best practices to combat the Preschool-to-Prison Pipeline. The training designed for preschool and prekindergarten educators and administrators will include information and definition of the Preschool to Prison Pipeline, contributing causes, and proven best practices. The training will be presented by staff from the Pennsylvania Education Law Center, an active and effective participating organization in working to end the pipeline.  The training will offer Act 48 credits and Pennsylvania QPAS credits. Admission is free and lunch will be provided.
