Self-Determination Housing of Pennsylvania believes that housing is a human right for everyone and that all individuals with disabilities and older adults should have access to safe, affordable, accessible housing.  This conference aims to expand choice and control in housing for individuals with disabilities and older adults through innovative workshop sessions, a thought-provoking keynote plenary, an exhibit experience, and networking opportunities. Scholarships are available.

Scholarship details:
-In-person and virtual scholarship opportunities available for persons 18 and older
-Applications are now available, and will be due by Tuesday May 14th, 2024
-Responses will be sent out end of May
-Scholarship recipients will be expected to pay $25 towards registration
-Scholarships are non-transferable
