Creating A Vision for A Good Life: Safety in Your Community

The LifeCourse Framework and Tools were created by families to help individuals and families of all abilities and ages to develop a vision for a good life & discover how to have an “Everyday Life” in their community. Join us to learn about PA’s Community of Practice for Supporting Families and how to use the LifeCourse Tools in your life to: Learn practical strategies to increase safety in the community; Use LifeCourse Framework to make a safety plan; Develop and/or identify supports from a variety of resources.
