This training gives an education overview of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) and other laws that protect people from discrimination, bullying and harassment in educational settings. Discrimination, bullying and harassment are illegal in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This training will help participants understand their rights under the PHRA.
