Through a grant from the PADDC, AGAPE African Senior Center, Inc. is hosting “New Immigrant Disability Equality Campaign” on Saturday July 7, 2012. The event, being held at The Park at the Corner of Elmwood Avenue and 65th Street in Philadelphia, will have refreshments, entertainment, health screenings, and information tables. Zeye Tete & her Cultural Troupe will be performing drumming, dancing and songs, including two original songs on Disability Advocacy. The event is free.
