Affordable One Level Living! Model Home – First of its kind in the Region!

Washington, PA. – Accessible Dreams, a not for profit developer of accessible homes, teams with Dream Homes, Inc., a local distributor of Champion Homes, and Progressive Mobility, a supplier for assistive technology and mobility aids, to create a unique One Level Living! model home available to tour by appointment starting May 25, 2015. The model home is 1,300 SF and includes three bedrooms, two full baths, open living room, dining room and kitchen. The model home is wheelchair accessible for home buyers with mobility needs.

The One Level Living! model home will provide options for families of all ages who want an affordable home that can be customized to accommodate special needs, yet be attractive for the entire family. The home has been designed to allow for wheelchair access throughout the entire house. Features that are universally appealing include an open floor plan, wider doors, accessible shower, wider hallways and a large first floor laundry room. Buyers will have the choice of multiple floor plans, ranging in sizes from 1,100 SF to over 2,000 SF that can be customized to fit their special needs. Home prices will start at $65,000 plus land and foundation costs.

The One Level Living! program is an affordable option in new construction that also provides the buyer with a choice of neighborhood when thinking about leaving their “not so accessible” home or downsizing. Typically the choices are few… an expensive carriage home in a development miles away, or an existing ranch that would require major renovations to accommodate mobility issues caused by aging, accident, war or disease. One Level Living! homes are new construction, customized to your needs.

Choosing to live on one level is a wish for some and a need for others. Either way, One Level Living’s new construction program will provide an affordable option in the buyer’s neighborhood of choice. For an appointment to tour the home or for more information call 724-223-5115 and ask for a representative from Accessible Dreams.
