Summary: Transition to Adult Life Project is for any student ages 14 to 21 years old, with significant support needs, who has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and receives support from the IU13. Through this project students and their families will receive a network of support developing the skill, necessary for a successful and meaningful adult life in the community.
