Summary: This is a print out of a PowerPoint presentation on Family Support in Pennsylvania: the Evaluation Results of Family Driven Family Support Services (FDFSS) and the results of their customer satisfaction survey. The survey found that families are greatly satisfied with the family support services which they receive through FDFSS. But it also found, after two focus groups, that the program needed improvements in other areas.
