Summary: This is a final report on Emergency Transportation Systems for people with disabilities. The goal of this project was to evaluate the emergency transportation systems and to assess the systems on how they meet the needs of people with disabilities. The information was collected from people who use wheelchairs, train drivers, transport people, shelter staff and hospital staff.
